Hells canyon Harley Davidson forever has my business, Traci sold me my 2017 street glide cvo, and i could not ask for a better place to shop for a motorcycle, great group of people work there. Hells Canyon Harley Davidson is the only place to buy a bike.

Awesome dealership. The people make the experience. From Adam and Neil showing bikes to Tracy and Jacki making a deal happen to Jack in the shop staying late to get the bike built so you can ride home on a Saturday. If you're going to buy a bike, buy it here.

As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and helped throughout our visit. They were out of some sizes of their t-shirts with the city and state on them, but they are getting a shipment within a couple of weeks.

I like HCH-D because it's a small enough dealership where one can get well-acquainted with all the staff. Moreover, I have full faith and confidence in their service department...under Jack Murphy's leadership and lead technician Darrell's years of technical experience, expertise & knowledge. Everyone is friendly and treats customers with dignity and respect--even the "owly ones". They do their very best to help get travelers back on the road again when breakdowns occur. Eric Forest, parts manager, provides excellent, efficient service. New store GM Diane is out on the floor greeting customers personally, when she's not too wrapped up in company management. Go to HCH-D and you'll see what I mean.

Ok, here's the situation. At the Hells Canyon Motorcycle Rally (epic btw) and needed new highway pegs for the Harley. Stopped in to their remote showroom in Baker City, no luck. HOWEVER, they brought them in from the main dealership for me! WAY above and beyond. Thank You All at HCHD!

Quite an outstanding Harley-Davidson dealership. I have had nothing but good experiences with them since I purchase my 2017 Road Glide two years ago. I recently had an issue with my bike that was luckily covered under warranty and they were able to straighten it out within an hour. I highly recommend talking to Andy for all of your HD parts needs. Will definitely return to them in the future.

This business really cares for their customers. My father unexpectedly passed away and was a huge Harley fan. The Manager Had My Family And I come In take pictures of me with my dad's ashes on his favorite hog then let me pick out a free Harley tee-shirt and a collector poker chip and sent me the pictures as well.

The service manager Jack was awsome he fixed a recall on the ABS Brake system that I know nothing about, a Loose grip and fixed the fuel leak I brought it in for in just an hour plus washed the bike. He Explained the fixes and was very helpful. Thanks again I will Definitely bring my bike back for any repairs needed you guys rock.
